Job Summary:
Looking for a Salesforce Consultant with expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agent Force, and Integrations to implement and optimize Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and implement Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agent Force, and LWC customizations.

Develop Lightning Web Components and system customizations.

Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware.

Conduct requirement analysis, solution design, and gap analysis workshops.

Support UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Prepare documentation, training, and provide ongoing user support.

Collaborate with business and technical teams for solution delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

4+ years of Salesforce implementation experience.

Strong knowledge of LWC, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agent Force, Integrations.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, workflows, process builder, and custom objects.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
