Responsibilities :
- Lead the overall architectural design and solution blueprinting of Conga CPQ and CLM platforms.- Drive the technical roadmap and guide stakeholders on best practices, scalability, and long-term
maintainability.
- Define and oversee development standards, design patterns, and integration strategies.
- Conduct code reviews, system audits, and risk assessments across development phases.
- Interface with client stakeholders, business sponsors, and technical teams to align solution strategy with enterprise goals.
- Ensure high-performance architecture and optimized system performance under scale.
- Provide expert guidance on Conga CLM document automation and lifecycle management.
- Support DevOps and CI/CD pipeline enhancements for improved delivery cycles.
Mandatory Skills :
- Deep expertise in Conga CPQ/CLM ecosystem, including data models, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Extensive experience in architecting Salesforce-based solutions with multi-cloud and third-party system integration.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Ability to identify performance bottlenecks and propose technical solutions.
- Proficient in version control, deployment tools, and automation frameworks.
- Certified Salesforce Architect or Conga Certified Architect is highly desirable.
