Salesforce Architect

As a highly skilled Salesforce Architect, your main responsibility will be to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions that align with business goals. With extensive experience in Salesforce architecture, custom development, integrations, and security best practices, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, lead technical teams, and ensure robust, scalable, and high-performing Salesforce implementations. Your key responsibilities will include designing and overseeing the implementation of Salesforce solutions, developing scalable and secure architectures, defining technical roadmaps, leading data modeling and governance strategies, ensuring compliance with best practices and security standards, gathering and analyzing requirements from business stakeholders, defining solution architecture documents, acting as a trusted advisor to business teams, guiding the development team in best practices, leading development efforts in various Salesforce technologies, ensuring smooth deployment processes through CI/CD implementation, establishing governance frameworks, optimizing performance, conducting system health checks, providing technical mentorship, conducting code reviews, and promoting Agile methodologies. To excel in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, design, and implementation, along with relevant Salesforce certifications. Your expertise should cover Salesforce Clouds, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, integration patterns, security models, DevOps, CI/CD tools, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication. Additionally, experience with multi-cloud environments, industry trends, AI-powered solutions, and automation in Salesforce will be beneficial.
