The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of Salesforce platforms, lead architectural design initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration and performance of Salesforce applications.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust Salesforce architecture solutions that meet complex business requirements and adhere to industry best practices.
• Lead the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms, ensuring data integrity and seamless data flow.
• Architect and implement custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components to extend Salesforce functionalities.
• Develop and manage data models, ensuring optimal data structure and accessibility within Salesforce environments.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, promoting best coding practices and architectural standards.
• Conduct thorough architecture reviews, performance tuning, and optimization of Salesforce environments to ensure high availability and efficiency.
• Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce updates, features, and technologies, evaluating their applicability to enhance existing solutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including design patterns, data models, integration workflows, and technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and implement robust security measures within Salesforce implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce architecture, integrations, and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the scalability, reliability, and performance of Salesforce solutions.
