Job Summary:
We are hiring two Salesforce Admin/Analysts to support the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform and integrated GTM systems. Based in Pune, these roles are ideal for early-career professionals with strong Salesforce skills who are eager to grow in a collaborative and high-impact environment.
Responsibilities:

Assist in configuring and customizing Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ) to support global GTM operations.

Manage users, roles, profiles, and permission sets across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Build and maintain automation via Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.

Support data integrity through validation rules, duplicate management, and cleansing activities.
-
Assist with UAT, documentation, and training during system releases.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support enhancements and new functionality.

Triage and resolve end-user support tickets and system issues.
-
Document business processes and technical configurations in Confluence.

Contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Requirements and Preferred Experience:

1-3 years of experience in a Salesforce Administrator or Analyst role.

Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Advanced Admin is a plus.

Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, data model, and automation tools.

Ability to work independently and within a global, cross-functional team.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Bachelor-s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Experience with GTM tools like Marketo, Outreach, and NetSuite a plus.
