Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience to join our team in Hyderabad or Delhi. The ideal candidate will have expertise in system administration, database management, and Salesforce functionalities.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage user profiles, roles, and permissions on Salesforce.
Ensure data security and perform regular backups.
Develop and implement duplicate management strategies to maintain data integrity.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party tools like Pardot and manage other integrations.
Troubleshoot technical queries from users and assist in creating ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
Develop and maintain training materials and provide training to end-users.
Manage the onboarding process for new users.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce administrator.
Experience working with HTML 5, Angular, Web API is an added advantage.
Professional-level English communication skills.
Experience implementing third-party integrations and managing Salesforce functionalities.
Willingness to take ownership of Salesforce and proactively collaborate with users and management.
Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification is desirable.
Pardot administration experience is beneficial.
Experience working within a consulting/research organization is preferred.
A background in software development (particularly database development) is advantageous.
