Position Title: Sales / Business Development PEB
Department: Sales & MarketingVacancy:Chennai-3,Down South-1,Hosur-1,Sricity-1,Oragadam-1Reporting To:Managing Director1. Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales / Business Development professional to drive revenue growth in the Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) industry. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective market strategies, project acquisition, and customer engagement.2. Key Responsibilities-Identify, qualify, and acquire new clients for PEB projects across industrial, commercial, warehousing sectors.-Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and end-users.-Understand client requirements, provide technical/ commercial solutions, and coordinate with the design & estimation team to prepare proposals.-Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.-Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.-Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order finalization and handover to the execution team.-Collaborate with marketing for promotional activities, exhibitions, and brand building in target markets.-Ensure timely reporting of sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback to management.3. Qualifications & ExperienceAny graduation is preferred.320 years of proven sales / business development experience in PEB, Steel structures,Project sales,Industrial sales.Strong network with consultants, architects, EPC contractors, and developers.Technical understanding of PEB systems, steel structures, and construction processes.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently, with a strong drive for results.Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and business reporting.4. Key Competencies-Business development and client relationship management.-Market research and opportunity identification.-Strategic selling and closing skills.-Technical-commercial understanding of PEB products.-Team collaboration and cross-functional coordination.5. Performance Metrics-Achievement of sales targets (quarterly/annual).-New client acquisition and retention.-Contribution to revenue growth and market share expansion.-Customer satisfaction and repeat business.
