Sales Wealth Counsellor

Broader Role/Responsibilities

• Reactivate expired clients by renewing their subscription through our products offerings in line with their investment goals

• Probe, Identify and Create opportunities by interacting with existing customers with the emphasis on our product offerings and highlight the importance of wealth creation in the long term

• Proactively follow-up, build client relationship and Reactivate expired leads who have lost association with equentis.

• Reach maximum clients each day and rebuild healthy business relationship with them to rebuild confidence and ensure continuity

• Making minimum 100 to 120 calls per day and deliver Talk-Talk time as per business productivity benchmark and standards

• Consistently maintain the Conversion Rate % at the expected standards by Reactivating the expired subscribers

• Deliver Daily productivity and Conversion goal as per the business requirements (KPI)

Requirements

• Graduate (Mandatory)

• At least 1-3 years working in Hardcore Sales profile, Collections Background, Finance Sales, Product cross- sell/up-sell experience from Telemarketing/Tele-calling in BPO will be considered

• Sales Experience in Equity/ BFSI / Finance sector will be added advantage

• At least 2-3 years working within a sales environment preferably in a proactive telemarketing role.

• Excellent Communication Skills with Telephonic Etiquettes (Written & Verbal)

• Fluency in English & Hindi is must

• Passionate personality, Aggressive in nature, Result Oriented, & Punctual in all aspects

• Takes complete ownership of retaining every existing client and is innovative to excel the odds

• Be proactive in taking up additional responsibilities

• Is flexible and ready to extend shift hours in need of business requirements and deliverables
