Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver and develop training programs to ensure a world-class sales experience.
Coordinate and conduct a 4-week new hire induction course covering:

Sales Skills
Business Delivery
Product & Service Knowledge
Soft Skills

Manage daily functional direction of trainees in a classroom setting.
Monitor student progress and track performance.
Provide coaching, feedback, and readiness assessments.
Facilitate ongoing development to support performance progression.
Conduct ad-hoc training sessions to address performance gaps.
Collaborate with Coaches and Operations to identify development opportunities.
Provide feedback on training effectiveness and contribute to the Training Review Cycle.
Act as a trusted development specialist in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Support the hiring process by participating in candidate assessments.
