Sales Trainer

As a Sales Trainer at One Health Assist, your role is crucial in developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team. You will collaborate closely with sales managers and leadership to ensure that the team is well-equipped with the necessary tools, knowledge, and strategies to achieve their sales goals. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop comprehensive sales training programs that are in alignment with the company's goals and objectives. - Create a variety of training materials, such as presentations, e-learning modules, role-play scenarios, and handouts. - Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, focusing on company culture, sales processes, and product offerings. - Lead continuous training sessions for existing sales staff, emphasizing techniques to enhance sales performance, product knowledge, and objection handling. - Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to sales team members as needed. - Offer feedback and suggestions for improvement, supporting the professional growth of team members. - Analyze sales team performance, identify skill or knowledge gaps, and implement targeted training to address these areas. - Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making enhancements based on feedback and results. - Ensure that sales teams are well-informed about product features, benefits, and industry trends to effectively communicate with clients.
