Sales Trainer

You will be responsible for conducting engaging sales training sessions for both new and existing teams. Your role will involve developing training materials such as presentations and manuals, and ensuring that they are regularly updated. An important aspect of your job will be to assess the skills of sales teams and identify any gaps that need to be addressed. In addition, you will be guiding new hires on company culture, products, and sales processes to help them onboard effectively. It will also be part of your responsibilities to measure the effectiveness of the training sessions by tracking performance metrics and making adjustments as necessary. Staying current with sales trends and updating training materials accordingly will be crucial to your success in this role. You will be expected to inspire and motivate teams to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
