Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic "Sales Trainer" who is responsible for improving the skills, performance, and productivity of the sales team through effective training programs and performance coaching. The role involves designing and delivering engaging sales training sessions, auditing counselor calls to ensure quality communication, and providing actionable feedback to drive sales excellence. The Sales Trainer works closely with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and continuously enhance the sales capability of the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and deliver sales training programs to enhance team performance and sales outcomes.
• Audit counselors’ calls regularly to evaluate communication quality, product knowledge, and sales approach.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching based on call audits to improve individual and team performance.
• Collaborate with sales and HR teams to identify training needs and skill development opportunities.
• Update training materials regularly to align with new products, services, and market trends.
• Track and evaluate training effectiveness through performance reports and feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3–6 years of experience in sales, training, or performance coaching roles.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in call auditing, feedback delivery, and performance evaluation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
