As a Sales Trainer and Coach at ResoPro, you will play a crucial role in delivering result-oriented soft skills training for corporates and institutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing training programs focused on sales techniques, strategies, and skills - Conducting workshops, seminars, and individual coaching sessions - Assessing the effectiveness of training programs and providing feedback to enhance performance To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Jaipur-based sales professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in onsite customer handling, offline lead generation, CRM usage, and travel across Rajasthan - Ability to transition into training and coaching by delivering group trainings, 1:1 coaching, designing practical training materials, and tracking learning outcomes - Willingness to travel approximately 10-12 days per month across Rajasthan, with possible overnight stays. Travel allowance and accommodation support will be provided - Strong field sales experience, confidence in training delivery, excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, proficiency in CRM and MS Office - MBA qualification is preferred Additionally, you will report to the Head of Training or Program Lead, and the salary for this full-time on-site role ranges from 4.0 to 5.5 LPA.
