Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Trainee located in Kochi at Royal Drive. The Sales Trainee will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to communication with customers, providing exceptional customer service, learning sales techniques, undergoing sales training, and assisting in sales management activities. Qualifications Communication and Customer Service skills Sales and Sales Management skills Training in sales techniques Goal-oriented and self-motivated individual Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
