Sales Trainee

B2B Sales Role: 1.      Acquire target clients by actively optimizing sales pipelines and sourcing new leads by daily cold call on the field until they are engaged. 2.      Maintain relationships with prospective, new & existing clients to add on new services and increase the business revenue. 3.      Achieve forecasted sales goals and monthly target to achieve annual business goal. 4.      Manage the sales funnel and take daily follow up with them for acquisition 5.      Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives of the team and the organization 6.      Plan and execute product demonstration at the client office or to multiple offices and convert the customer. 7.      Meet customer expectation in terms of their monthly material requirements, service requirements and maintain higher CSAT Index. 8.      Provide Sales forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence, and competitor’s information to build strategies & increase client acquisition and revenues. 9.      Attend and represent the company at local and national exhibitions and meetings. 10.   On-board customers and keep the communication alive to build high CSAT score. 11.   Handle after sales services & queries of the client. 12.   Build Client database for one or multiple office of the clients. 13.   Share daily report of the cold call done in entire day and generate report. Preferred Candidate : Motivated and goal-oriented individual actively seeking a position in B2B sales that combines fieldwork and direct client interaction. Possesses a valid driver’s license and owns a two-wheeler, enabling smooth travel and efficient client coverage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen interest in building lasting business relationships and meeting sales targets.
