Sales Trainee – Field Sales (EdTech)

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Sales Trainees to join our team. As a Sales Trainee, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our educational technology products directly to schools, colleges, coaching centers, and individual educators. This is a field/office-based hybrid role that requires strong interpersonal skills, a passion for education, and a hunger to learn and grow in sales.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to educational institutions and potential clients
• Present and demonstrate EdTech products to decision-makers and educators
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Gather market intelligence and feedback to improve product offerings
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
