Job Title: Business Development Executive (Remote)

Location: Remote

Salary: ₹10,000 Fixed + Performance-Based Incentives

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

About the Role:

PrimeBeds is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team. If you have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you! As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth by establishing relationships, generating leads, handling booking queries, and achieving targets.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct 90+ calls daily to prospective clients, driving sales and building strong business relationships.
  • Follow up with clients on a daily basis to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or queries.
  • Act as a point of contact for booking-related queries and assist in resolving any concerns or issues.
  • Demonstrate a quick learning ability, with a focus on mastering new tools and systems.
  • Juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines, ensuring consistent performance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess a start-up mindset: be proactive, take ownership, and contribute to building new processes and systems.
  • Use your convincing skills to engage clients, create a sense of urgency, and close deals.
  • Collaborate with the team and contribute to overall growth by meeting and exceeding KPIs.
  • Previous experience in sales and the hospitality industry (especially hotel onboarding) is a plus.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluent communication skills in both Hindi and English (both verbal and written).
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven with a positive attitude.
  • Strong convincing skills and the ability to close sales.
  • Comfortable with daily calls, follow-ups, and handling customer queries.
  • Previous experience in sales and the hospitality industry (hotel onboarding) will be highly advantageous.
  • Quick learner and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Passion for travel and the hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
