Role Overview

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads and pitch services
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Maintain and update client databases and CRM records
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Who Can Apply

• Freshers and experienced candidates

• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Technical knowledge or experience in IT/Software sales is a

  plus

• Self-driven, with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales

Compensation

• Fixed salary of ₹20,000/month upon achieving monthly sales targets
• If the target is not achieved, you will earn

  20% commission on total sales

• High earning potential based on performance

• 100% Remote Work

• Sunday fixed weekly off
