We Are Looking For

An enthusiastic and ambitious Sales Trainee who is eager to start their career in sales and business development. If you are based in Pune, have strong communication skills, and are passionate about learning how to sell digital marketing services, this role is the perfect starting point.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand our digital marketing services in detail.
• Assist the sales team in generating leads and building client pipelines.
• Make introductory calls, follow-ups, and schedule client meetings.
• Support in preparing sales pitches, presentations, and reports.
• Shadow senior sales executives to learn negotiation and deal-closing techniques.
• Achieve training-phase targets and gradually move to independent sales role.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate or candidate looking to build a career in sales.
• Must be based in Pune with good local contacts.
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Passion for sales, learning, and personal growth.
• Energetic, confident, and willing to take initiative.
