We Are Looking For

A motivated and energetic Sales Trainee who wants to build a career in sales. This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about learning sales skills, building client relationships, and growing in the digital marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn about our digital marketing services and how to pitch them.
• Assist the sales team with lead generation and client outreach.
• Make calls, follow-ups, and schedule client meetings.
• Shadow senior sales executives during client interactions.
• Maintain client data, leads, and reports.
• Work towards sales targets during the training phase.

Requirements:

• Fresher / Graduate looking for a career in sales.
• Must be based in Pune with good local contacts.
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Energetic, confident, and eager to learn.
• Passion for sales and willingness to grow in the digital marketing industry.
