Sales / Telecaller (Female Only)

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Sales & Telecaller to become a valuable part of our team. Your primary responsibilities will include managing inbound and outbound sales calls, converting leads into loyal customers, and nurturing positive relationships with our clientele. You will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your duties will involve initiating outbound calls to both potential and existing customers in order to showcase our products/services effectively. Furthermore, you will be expected to handle incoming customer inquiries with a high level of professionalism and provide them with comprehensive information. Generating and evaluating leads through a variety of methods such as cold calling, networking, and referrals will also be a key aspect of your role. It will be essential for you to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales reports to track progress effectively. Following up with potential clients to finalize deals and consistently achieving sales targets will be critical to your success in this position. Your ability to deliver exceptional customer service and address customer queries promptly and efficiently will be highly valued. The ideal candidate for this role would be a fresher with a keen interest in sales and telecalling. While prior experience in sales or telecalling would be beneficial, it is not a mandatory requirement. Strong communication and persuasion skills, both verbal and written, will be essential for excelling in this role. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating proficiency in the English language and basic knowledge of MS Office. Maintaining a positive attitude, even in the face of rejection, and handling such situations professionally will be key to your success.
