Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
• Promote and explain domestic and international travel packages.
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable tour options.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings through follow-ups and client engagement.
• Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM tools regularly.
• Coordinate with operations and sales teams to ensure smooth trip planning.
• Meet monthly sales targets and generate revenue through telephonic sales.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills (Hindi & English a must; regional languages are a plus).
• Prior experience in telecalling or sales (preferably in travel/tourism) is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of travel destinations, packages, and current travel trends.
• Confident, result-oriented, and customer-focused attitude.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
