Job Description: Role Overview: You will be part of the fastest growing sales channel in the financial services industry as a Sales Team Member with a role combining Relationship Manager and Sales Officer responsibilities. Your main focus will be on fieldwork, sourcing, and nurturing villages by building relationships and cross-selling asset, liability, and investment products. You will act as the bridge between the village community and the bank branch, managing and acquiring additional incremental customers through references and cold calling.
