Sales Team Member

· Greeting customers

· Effective and motivated team leader with a proven track record of monitoring progress to ensure goal achievement

· Follow-up with leads to increase sales

· Perform real estate market analysis

· Site visits along with Live Demos to make the client understand the need of our products and their usage.

· Deciding strategies to enhance the sales.

· Marketing roles may include planning, budgeting and coordinating open houses or other initiatives to increase sales for the office.

· Convincing prospective clients that your organization is the right one to meet up their requirement

· Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

· Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
