Job Discription - Work From Office Only Team Leader – Sales (Credit Cards) is responsible for managing and motivating a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets for credit card sales. The role involves driving productivity, coaching team members, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high customer service standards. Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of credit card sales executives. Allocate and monitor daily/weekly targets. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. Sales Execution: Drive credit card acquisition through field sales, tele-sales, or digital channels. Ensure achievement of assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. Identify new business opportunities and drive initiatives to enhance sales performance. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month + iNCENTIVE
