Sales Team Leader

As a Sales Team Leader, your main responsibility will be overseeing and managing a team of agents to ensure they meet sales targets and deliver exceptional service. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Recruit, train, and manage a team of agents effectively. - Set and monitor sales targets for the agency to drive performance. - Ensure excellent customer service is provided and promptly address any concerns. - Oversee marketing efforts and promotional campaigns to boost sales. - Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies at all times. - Monitor agent performance, provide coaching when needed, and offer constructive feedback. - Provide regular performance reports to senior management for evaluation. - Develop strategies aimed at increasing sales and enhancing profitability. To qualify for this role, you must meet the following requirements: - Completed graduation is mandatory. - Possess at least 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any sector. - Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a native or residential setting. - Demonstrate strong leadership skills to guide your team towards achieving business objectives. - Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster relationships with agents and clients effectively.
