Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Team Leader to join our team in the diagnostics industry. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of pathology tests and prior experience in promoting diagnostic services or laboratory solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Promote diagnostic and pathology testing services to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Train and guide the sales team on product knowledge and sales strategies
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
Identify new business opportunities and areas for market expansion
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, specifically in the diagnostic/pathology field
Good understanding of pathology tests and laboratory procedures
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Must have a valid driving license (if field visits are required)
