Role Summary:

Sales Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of academic counselors
  • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
  • Manage team targets and provide performance feedback
  • Handle key client escalations and support team closures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, academics, etc.)
  • Ensure proper CRM updates and lead tracking

Requirements:

  • Experience:

    Minimum 2–3 years in sales (EdTech preferred), with at least 1 year in a team leadership role
  • Skills:

    Strong leadership, communication, and target-driven mindset
  • Education:

    Graduate (MBA preferred)
