👉 Lead and manage a team of 𝟭𝟬 𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀.
👉 Provide 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 to the sales team.
👉 Join in 𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 whenever required to support the team.
👉 Ensure the team consistently 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘀.
👉 Act as a strong 𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲𝗿 when the team feels low.
👉 Maintain discipline, daily reporting, and performance tracking.
