About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced AGM – Sales to lead and inspire our high-performing field sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate B2C sales and at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and grow the entire field sales team
• Drive sales targets and team KPIs consistently
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans
• Build and nurture long-term client and developer relationships
• Identify and capture new market opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution
• Represent the company at events, conferences, and exhibitions
• Provide hands-on mentoring, training, and support to team members

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
• 6+ years of real estate field sales experience (B2C)
• Minimum 3 years in a team leadership role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of the Gurgaon real estate market
• Must own a personal vehicle
• Proficiency in team motivation and strategy execution

Important Notes

• Candidates from builder/developer leasing or freelancer backgrounds will not be considered
• Experience in Channel Partner Sales (Real Estate) is mandatory
• Local candidates with Gurgaon area knowledge are preferred
