Job Description

  • Supervise daily activities of sales agents, ensuring productivity and target achievement.
  • Monitor lead follows up and conversion across the funnel, ensure timely client outreach and pitch quality.
  • Conduct daily team huddles, review sessions and feedback discussions to resolve bottlenecks.
  • Coach, mentor and upskill agents on sales scripts, objection handling, and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Team and other TLs to meet larger campaign goals and KPIs.
  • Track key metrics such as daily connects, lead penetration, conversion %, talk time, and disposition quality.
  • Ensure CRM hygiene and adherence to compliance/KYC guidelines during the account opening journey.
  • Assist the manager in driving process improvements and sales contests to keep the team motivated.
  • Coordinate with support functions (QA, KYC, HR) for smooth workflow and agent performance management.
