Sales Team Lead - Palakkad-Oil & Gas

As a Sales Manager, your role will involve developing plans and strategies to achieve the company's sales goals. You will be responsible for creating a culture of success, managing sales teams, operations, and resources to drive growth. Defining optimal sales force structure and coordinating sales training programs will be essential to enable staff to reach their full potential and support company sales objectives. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in Distribution sales in fintech, Banking/Sales, and EDC Sales, you will be required to visit merchants, educate them about the benefits of the Swipe machine (EDC), convert them, and manage their accounts. Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills are crucial for this role, along with the ability to aggressively execute a sales strategy. Your responsibilities will also include managing customer expectations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, defining sales processes to drive desired outcomes, and identifying areas for improvement. You should be able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. A Graduation/Post Graduation degree is preferred for this position.
