We focus on customizing services to meet individual financial goals through personal consultations and consistent monitoring.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Telecalling Team Leader (TL)

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage, lead, and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.


  • Monitor calls and provide regular coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance.


  • Track individual and team performance metrics (calls made, conversions, quality, etc.).


  • Ensure team adherence to scripts, quality standards, and company policies.


  • Assign daily/weekly calling tasks and targets to telecallers.


  • Handle escalated calls or issues and provide timely resolution.


  • Generate and submit performance and productivity reports to higher management.


  • Implement strategies to improve productivity and conversion rates.


  • Maintain discipline and team coordination, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.


  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.


  • Work closely with the HR or hiring team to recruit and train new telecallers when needed.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):


  • Number of calls made by the team


  • Conversion rate / Lead closure ratio


  • Achievement of sales or service targets


  • Call quality and compliance scores


  • Attendance and punctuality of the team


  • Team engagement and retention

    Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Team Leader or Senior Telecaller in a similar role.


  • Strong leadership and team management skills.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Target-oriented mindset with a focus on performance.


  • Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.


  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call center tools is a plus.


    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
