Job Description

Handle a Team of 5 TBM's
Good Understanding of Trade and Promotion business for UNR for Company range of products.
Accomplish all administrative like forecasting, logistical, and scientific routes for the seamless movement of products from the warehouse to end users.
Identifies and generates leads through networking, sales promotion, marketing and converting into key accounts.
Emphasizes product features based on customers' needs and up-sell/cross-sell medical device.
Manages high-profile corporate & government accounts and Key Opinion Leaders.
Identifying and reviewing clients marketing requirements in order to create tailored solutions.
Vacant territory management with losing sales.
Key role in developing the team: conducting appraisals, one-to-one Training and execution.
Team Coaching and Mentoring.
