Order Processing : Process sales orders received from customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate with various departments, including logistics and finance, to facilitate order fulfillment and timely delivery. Customer Communication : Interact with customers via phone, email, or in - person to address inquiries, provide product information, resolve issues, and assist with order status updates. Maintain positive and professional customer relationships. Sales Data Analysis : Analyze sales data, including sales reports, customer feedback, and market trends, to identify opportunities for sales growth or improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to the sales team based on data analysis. Sales Support Materials : Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales support materials such as presentations, product catalogs, sales collateral, and training materials.
