Responsibilities

Will be responsible for all pre-sales and post-sales activities starting from processing an inquiry to dispatches.
Will be responsible for coordinating & following up with clients on inquiries, offers and dispatches.
Will be involved in offer making, technical analysis.
Will be responsible for making reports and generating MIS.
Will need to work with certain tools like ERP software.
