We are hiring a motivated female Sales Support Engineer to join our team. This role involves supporting the sales team with technical documentation, customer communication, and coordination for process instrumentation products.
Assist the sales team in preparing offers, quotations, and technical documents
Handle customer calls, emails, and follow-ups professionally
Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and support
Maintain and update sales reports and customer data
Help in organizing exhibitions, presentations, and meetings
Good communication & coordination skills
Basic technical knowledge of instrumentation
Experience in preparing quotations & handling customers
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Organized and detail-oriented
B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Telecommunication
Fresher or 1-2 years of experience preferred
