Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Supervisor located in Uttar Pradesh, India. The Sales Supervisor's day-to-day tasks include managing and overseeing the sales team, providing training and support, conducting regular performance evaluations, resolving customer issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.

Qualifications

• Possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data and performance metrics
• Team Management and Training skills to lead and support the sales team effectively
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to address client needs and resolve issues
• Proven experience in a supervisory role or relevant position in sales
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field is a plus
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
