Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Sales Staff, located in Delhi, India. The Sales Staff will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients, understanding their requirements, and offering suitable pneumatic solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product demonstrations, preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. Additionally, the Sales Staff will provide post-sales support and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of pneumatic products, including Solenoid Valves, Air Cylinders, and FRL units
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability in sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Experience in the industrial equipment sector
• Ability to understand and meet customer needs
• Proficient in creating and delivering effective sales presentations
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Relevant educational background in Engineering, Business, or related field
