Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Staff member based in Manasa. The Sales Staff will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Key responsibilities include promoting financial products, guiding customers through the loan application process, and providing exceptional customer service. The role may also require market research and data collection to better understand customer needs and local market dynamics.

Qualifications

• Proven sales skills, including the ability to identify and engage potential customers, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Knowledge of financial products and lending processes is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with the local market conditions in Manasa.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working autonomously in an on-site environment.
• Experience in the microfinance or NBFC sector is an advantage but not required.
