Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Sales Staff located in Chennai. The Sales Staff will be responsible for assisting customers efficiently and courteously, managing the overall sales process, and achieving defined sales targets. Additional responsibilities include maintaining inventory, ensuring product displays are organized, supporting customer inquiries, and fostering a positive shopping experience. Collaborating with team members to meet performance goals and maintaining the company's brand standards will also be essential tasks.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in customer service, communication, and interpersonal interaction.
• Experience with sales strategies, persuasion, and upselling practices to meet sales goals.
• Ability to manage inventory, organize product displays, and handle stock accurately.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment with a customer-first mindset.
• Basic understanding of retail fashion trends and enthusiasm for the fashion industry is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain professionalism.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and familiarity with retail technology is desirable.
• Prior experience in a sales or retail role is beneficial but not mandatory.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in retail or customer service are preferred.
