We are seeking a Sales Executive who can plan and execute effective sales strategies for upcoming real estate projects. The ideal candidate will help design sales ideas, campaigns, and outreach plans to attract new clients and drive sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies for new and ongoing projects.
• Plan innovative sales campaigns and ideas to boost property sales.
• Identify potential clients through networking, events, and digital channels.
• Conduct project presentations and site visits with prospective buyers.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities.
• Maintain relationships with brokers, channel partners, and clients.
• Track sales performance and prepare periodic reports.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Balewadi, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
