Role DescriptionYou do NOT need to be an expert.Freshers or those with basic knowledge of marketing/social media are welcome.Someone eager to learn, creative, organised, and interested in skincare/beauty.Comfortable taking initiative and suggesting new ideas.

Assist in planning and executing sales growth strategiesSupport in managing Instagram content, reels, and marketing ideasCoordinate influencer outreach and brand collaborationsHelp with website updates, product listings, and campaign ideasTrack sales performance, customer responses, and campaign resultsBrainstorm fresh ideas to grow brand visibility and trust

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of social media, marketing, or sales
• Good communication skills (written + verbal)
• Comfortable using Instagram, Canva, WhatsApp, and basic Excel/Sheets
• Ability to take initiative, learn fast, and handle small tasks independently
• Interest in skincare, beauty, or wellness is a plus (not mandatory)
• Freshers and students are absolutely welcome no advanced experience required
• Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Relevant internship or educational background in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
