Qualifications Strong understanding of pharmaceutical practices, drug formulations, and industry regulations Experience in research, analysis, and developing solutions for pharmaceutical-related challenges Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy and compliance in documentation and procedures Knowledge of market analysis, product development, and supply chain processes in the pharmaceutical sector Ability to adapt to dynamic roles and contribute proactively to project outcomes Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, or a related field preferred Prior experience or certifications in pharmaceutical production and management would be an advantage ```
