Company Description The Farmhands Collective is a nature-first skincare brand rooted in Kashmiri botanicals and ethical sourcing. We work directly with local farmers to create clean, conscious, result-driven skincare made from India's purest ingredients from saffron to lavender to handcrafted soaps. Our mission is simple: combine heritage farming with modern skin science to deliver honest, soulful skincare that truly works. Role Description You do NOT need to be an expert. Freshers or those with basic knowledge of marketing/social media are welcome. Someone eager to learn, creative, organised, and interested in skincare/beauty. Comfortable taking initiative and suggesting new ideas. Assist in planning and executing sales growth strategies Support in managing Instagram content, reels, and marketing ideas Coordinate influencer outreach and brand collaborations Help with website updates, product listings, and campaign ideas Track sales performance, customer responses, and campaign results Brainstorm fresh ideas to grow brand visibility and trust Qualifications Basic understanding of social media, marketing, or sales Good communication skills (written + verbal) Comfortable using Instagram, Canva, WhatsApp, and basic Excel/Sheets Ability to take initiative, learn fast, and handle small tasks independently Interest in skincare, beauty, or wellness is a plus (not mandatory) Freshers and students are absolutely welcome no advanced experience required Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients Relevant internship or educational background in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
