About the Role:

US Market, specializing in Business Development, Cold Calling, and RCM (Revenue Cycle Management)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct

  outbound calls to potential US-based clients

  to introduce our RCM and Healthcare Services.
• Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities in the US healthcare market.
• Perform

  cold calling, email campaigns,

  and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads and appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, f

  ollow-ups, and client interactions

  in the CRM system.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market insights to identify new growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in

  US Market Sales / Business Development / Cold Calling.

• Prior experience in RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) or Healthcare BPO Sales is a strong plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a neutral or

  US-accented tone.

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
