Job description Job Summary: As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business by reaching out to potential clients through cold calls and follow-ups. Your goal will be to promote our products/services, build relationships, and ultimately close sales to meet and exceed targets. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services. Identify and qualify leads through research and outreach. Build and maintain relationships with prospects to understand their needs. Present and demonstrate the benefits of our offerings. Overcome objections and handle customer inquiries professionally. Record and track all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus. Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Goal-oriented with a competitive mindset.
