Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Kolkata . The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating event bookings, building strong client relationships, and providing exceptional service to individuals planning their life’s happiest moments. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our beautiful event property. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell Belle Amore’s event packages for occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, romantic dinners, and private parties. Respond promptly to inquiries and provide personalized walkthroughs and package presentations to prospective clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up. Collaborate with event planners, decorators, and in-house staff to ensure smooth execution of events. Achieve monthly sales targets through lead generation, client meetings, and follow-ups. Assist in marketing initiatives, campaigns, and participation in local events to increase brand visibility. Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and feedback. Requirements Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales , preferably in hospitality , event management , banquet services , or luxury customer experiences . Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali (preferred). Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Customer-centric mindset with a flair for handling premium clientele. Passion for celebrations, hospitality, and creating lasting memories for clients. Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as per event schedules.
