Job Description

As a Sales Engineer at our company, your role will involve maintaining a high level of knowledge about our products and services. You will be responsible for updating and managing the CRM with accurate customer and sales data. Your duties will include identifying and qualifying potential leads through cold calling, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, and conducting site visits for measurements. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling - Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals - Conduct site visits for measurements - Qualify leads, identify customer needs, and provide solutions aligned with our offerings - Engage in design discussions with the design team and explain designs to customers - Upgrade designs and quotations as per customer requirements - Discuss the loan process with customers and team members if a loan is required - Collect documents and sign work orders with customers - Provide updates to customers for each project step - Handover files after project completion - Provide post-sales support to ensure seamless onboarding and satisfaction - Build good relationships with existing customers and acquire high potential referrals Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Engineer - Graduate degree If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, kindly provide them for a more comprehensive understanding.
