We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Service Engineer to manage client relationships, technical support, and sales for industrial machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate should have both strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills to handle customer interactions effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Good understanding of Drafting & drawings.
• Sound knowledge about Weigh Feeder, Belt Conveyor, Packing Machine, silos, chimneys, industrial plants.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in plant layouts & GA.
• Professional Behavior & Grooming Sense.
• Proven Track record.
• Traveling required.
• AutoCAD, Fusion 360.
• Prepare detailed sales proposals, quotations, and technical presentations using interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Provide after-sales technical support, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting services.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to promote repeat business.
• Coordinate with internal departments for timely order execution, service scheduling, and spare part supply.
• Identify potential clients, generate leads, and achieve assigned sales and service targets.
• Maintain records of customer visits, service reports, and market feedback.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in machinery sales and service preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and service calls.

Salary: 20000-25000/- Per Month (Experience based) + Sales Incentive
